Special Needs Housing - Extension & Adaptations

This project involved building a 3-storey extension to an existing 200-year old semi-detached cottage in a Conservation Area plus internal adaptations in order to make the property fully accessible for a potential wheelchair user

Greendale Cottage

Greendale Cottage is the first Band A passive house / office to be built in County Durham and has a SAP Energy Rating of 97. Constructed in accordance with PassivHaus design principles, it is a highly-insulated, airtight building with no central heating system.


Elm Tree House, Sunderland
